The Self‑Directed Marketing Analytics team is seeking a Lead Analyst to deliver data‑driven insights that shape marketing strategy and fuel growth across Personal Wealth Marketing. The analyst will closely partner with Marketing, Martech, Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering stakeholders to define and execute an analytics roadmap, translate complex business questions into rigorous analysis, and drive clear, actionable recommendations that influence decision‑making. The Lead Analyst will play a key role in high‑visibility initiatives, including the Flagship launch, Digital Twins, and Hyper‑Personalization efforts. The ideal candidate brings deep analytical expertise, proven consultative skills, structured problem‑solving skills, and the ability to clearly communicate insights to non‑technical audiences while influencing and driving partner adoption of recommendations.
What You’ll Do:
Project Leadership & Strategy
Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and analytical needs.
Translate business requirements into structured analytical approaches and lead projects through completion.
Proactively identify opportunities where analytics can improve business outcomes.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.
Data Management, Experimentation & Analysis
Acquire, integrate, and analyze structured and unstructured data, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and analytical integrity.
Perform advanced analysis of historical and campaign data to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities.
Drive analytic insights through regression, experimentation and other advanced analytics techniques.
Develop subject matter expertise in areas such as audience targeting, client journey analytics, campaign analysis, marketing channels, and content performance.
Create clear, actionable visualizations and presentations that translate insights into business actions.
Own and maintain recurring dashboards, reports, and analytic processes.
Knowledge Sharing
Promote best practices and continuous improvement in analytics tools and methodologies.
Document processes and share learnings across the team.
Serve as a subject matter expert within the analytics organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience Design (CXD), Engineering, and Finance partners to deliver integrated insights.
Participate in cross-divisional data initiatives and support resolution of data and operational challenges.
Communication & Presentation Excellence
Deliver clear and timely updates to stakeholders.
Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate analysis insights and recommendations to stakeholder audiences.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
