As a Senior Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead and manage complex systems and test equipment solutions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will ensure that the test equipment design projects follow Honeywell Aerospace’s processes and industry best practices.
You will report directly to the Factory Test Equipment Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities• Lead advanced test equipment engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality to drive project success and innovation.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet or exceed project deliverables.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 6 or more years of experience in advanced project engineering or related engineering roles within aerospace or a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, engineering design processes, and aerospace industry standards
• Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software such as MS Project and data analysis software to effectively plan and execute projects
• Experience with risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in aerospace projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and experiences

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

BENEFITS
The annual base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $168,500. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
