The Senior Ad Technology Manager is responsible for developing, supporting, and evolving the advertising systems that power RVO Health’s digital media business - home to leading consumer health brands like Healthline, Healthgrades, and Medical News Today. This role ensures our ad tech stack is efficient, scalable, and aligned with digital sales and product strategies. You’ll work closely with Ad Operations, Engineering, and Product teams, and partner with other cross-functional groups as needed to deliver reliable, high-performing advertising solutions.

- Ad Server Administration – Serve as the technical lead for ad server access and targeting structure management
- Tech Stack Development – Evaluate, implement, and manage new advertising and data technologies across the ad tech stack
- Vendor Certification – Own the end-to-end vendor certification process from evaluation to documentation and QA
- Project Management – Manage issue tracking, roadmaps, and requests using project management platforms
- Issue Resolution – Lead Tier 1 troubleshooting for delivery, discrepancies, and complex creative issues; resolve in partnership with Ad Ops and vendors
- Product Support – Support new product initiatives and site releases by defining ad requirements, testing ad paths, and signing off on implementation
- QA for Site Changes – Drive proactive QA of site releases to mitigate ad-related issues and ensure delivery integrity
- Documentation & Training – Maintain system documentation, ad specs, and internal training resources to support scalable operations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations to assess and support ad impact across technical changes
- Compliance & Monitoring – Use QA and monitoring tools like ObservePoint and Confiant to uphold system integrity and compliance standards
- 5+ years of experience in ad technology, ad operations, or a related field
- Experience managing online display media campaigns and working with ad servers (preferably GAM)
- 2+ years of experience with systems administration and integrations
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and creative troubleshooting for rich media and video
- Proficiency in browser dev tools and debugging platforms such as Charles and Fiddler
- Hands-on experience with tools like Yahoo DSP, DoubleVerify, ObservePoint, and OneTrust
- Strong documentation and project management skills, with experience using issue tracking systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts across diverse audiences
- Starting Salary: $132,500 - $150,000
