What You Will Do
- Oversees parts inventory and responsible for purchasing for the Maintenance department
- Monitors maintenance budget and advises Maintenance Manager of risks/issue
- Completes expense reports based on business card spending
- Processes invoices and payments for expenses via Spend Management
- Maintains relationships with vendors and contractors and locates pricing on maintenance/building supplies and tools
- Maintains the EAM/7i system including data entry and generates preventative maintenance orders and work orders
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks including running reports, filing, and answering phones, faxes, and email
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience driving a pick-up truck
- Possess a valid state driver's license
Preferred Skills/Education
- Experience organizing and supporting construction and/or maintenance activities
- Experience with budgeting, accounting, and accounts payable
