You'll play a key role in Circle's global consolidation and intercompany accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions. You'll help maintain data integrity, support system enhancements, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by applying innovative approaches-including automation and AI-to streamline accounting workflows.
What you'll work on
- Participate in the global month-end close process with a focus on consolidation and intercompany transactions in Oracle Fusion
- Support reconciliations, eliminations, and foreign currency translation across multiple legal entities
- Maintain and enhance documentation for key consolidation processes and internal controls
- Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and data accuracy
- Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data by applying governance standards
- Contribute to automation and system improvements by identifying and resolving process inefficiencies
- Support external audits through preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience, including consolidation
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and intercompany accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accountability for deliverables
- Proven ability to learn new systems and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Requirements
- CPA designation or progress toward certification
- Public accounting background
- Experience with automation tools, scripting, or AI-enhanced processes
