Job OverviewWe're adding a multifaceted Senior Account Executive to join our growing team! You'll act as an ambassador of T-Mobile Advertising Solutions, by evangelizing our technology solutions and differentiators, and developing potential and current client relationships.
This role supports business growth by managing client accounts, delivering marketing solutions, and conducting research to align offerings with business needs. A deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape is crucial, and owning verticals like QSR, Automotive, CPG, Retail, and Travel is a big plus.
The role differentiates by combining strategic vision with client service to optimize advertising reach and campaign effectiveness. Success is measured by client acquisition, campaign performance, and the development of sustainable business strategies. The work impacts organizational revenue and client satisfaction by enhancing advertising engagement and market presence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a national business pipeline and develop strategies for sustained long-term success.
- Secure new clients by presenting marketing solutions and creating ad campaigns that maximize returns.
- Develop business strategies that optimize market potential and client engagement.
- Understand and analyze customer needs and requirements to tailor solutions.
Expand our client portfolio through agency and brand relationships.
Own and drive revenue strategy, with a focus on high-impact accounts.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline by consistently closing new business and growing accounts.
Maintain deep relationships with clients and agencies through outstanding service and campaign results.
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 4-7 years of proven experience in building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic targets, and in developing associated agreements.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Background in AdTech sales, ideally in the programmatic marketplace. (Preferred)
Familiarity in digital media, including programmatic, location-based data, and analytics. (Preferred)
Experience in educating new advertisers on the benefits of transitioning from traditional media to digital marketing strategies. (Preferred)
- Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with teams across sales, operations, and client success. (Required)
