As Senior Account Director of New Business, you will drive strategic growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with global video game studios. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation while ensuring long-term client success through proactive relationship management.

You will collaborate with global teams to generate new Game QA business and deliver sustainable, profitable revenue growth year over year. This role requires a strategic, self-directed approach to large enterprise sales and a strong understanding of client needs within the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with executive-level stakeholders
  • Own and grow a pipeline of high-value opportunities
  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance to ensure delivery excellence
  • Ensure accurate, timely updates in CRM and sales reporting accuracy
Requirements
  • Proven success in enterprise-level sales with consistent quota attainment
  • Experience generating and closing new business deals independently
  • Strong familiarity with the game services industry (preferred)
  • History of cultivating C-level and multi-stakeholder relationships across regions
  • Skilled in face-to-face client engagement and warm lead conversion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Technically adept with CRM tools, Excel, and document software
  • Willingness to travel as required
