About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and collaborative ABM marketer to support the execution of engaging high-value prospects and accelerating revenue through account-based marketing strategies. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with sales, performance marketing, product marketing, events, and more to create highly targeted campaigns tailored to strategic accounts. Your mission: bring in high priority new logos, expand existing relationships, and help move key prospects through the funnel faster with personalized, insight-driven programs.

What You'll Accomplish
- Collaborate on ABM strategy and campaign development for 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs across the sales funnel—ensuring each is tailored based on account insights, vertical relevance, and stage in the buying cycle
- Partner closely with AEs and SDRs to align on target accounts, uncover insights, and build account-specific strategies that open doors and accelerate deal velocity
- Work with Revenue Marketing and Sales leadership to define success metrics and attribution models that clearly demonstrate ABM’s impact on pipeline and closed-won revenue
- Conduct deep research on strategic accounts to identify pain points, buying committees, and competitive dynamics
- Translate insights into personalized strategy that resonate with each account or segment.
- Design personalized multi-threaded experiences that span email, ads, gifting, content, and sales touchpoints to influence key decision-makers across the buying committee
- Collaborate across the marketing and sales org to launch integrated campaigns that include digital, content, events, direct mail, webinars, and outbound efforts
- Build and execute pipeline acceleration campaigns to re-engage cold or stalled opportunities and move deals closer to close
- Analyze and report on ABM performance including engagement metrics, pipeline influence, and revenue impact
Your Expertise
- 2-3 years of B2B and account-based marketing experience, with a focus on driving demand generation targeting for enterprise and strategic accounts
- Proven experience building and launching integrated ABM campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong collaboration and communication skills—you know how to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—able to analyze account data, craft a strategy, and roll up your sleeves to get it live
- Experience using data to prioritize accounts and experience using platforms to surface intent signals, personalize campaigns and measure campaign performance
- Familiarity with intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense), ABM orchestration tools, and reporting in Salesforce and Looker is a plus

-The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,500 - $100,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package
