Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Cynet, you are the front line of our channel growth strategy. You will open doors, shape first impressions, and build the foundation for long-term partner relationships.

This isn’t simply a lead-generation role. This is market creation.

You’ll identify new business opportunities, engage prospective partners and customers, create conversations from the ground up, and help expand Cynet’s presence in the market. You’ll work closely with our Channel Account Managers and Sales team to turn early conversations into meaningful business opportunities.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is competitive, curious, persistent, and excited to build something—not just manage a pipeline.

What will you do
  • Own and expand a defined portfolio of MSP and MSSP partners.
  • Develop joint business plans with CAM's and PAM's that drive recurring revenue growth.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across partner customer bases.
  • Run quarterly business reviews and pipeline planning sessions.
  • Serve as the voice of the partner inside Cynet.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partner Success, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
  • Candidate must be located in the Boston area and able to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office.
  • Identify and engage MSP and MSSP prospects across North America.
  • Run structured outbound sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify business and technical fit.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for Partner Acquisition Managers and Channel Account Managers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting.
  • Consistently exceed monthly activity and opportunity targets.
You are
  • A recent college graduate or early-career professional excited to start a career in sales.
  • Motivated, curious, and comfortable reaching out to new people by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Coachable and open to feedback, with a strong desire to learn outbound sales skills.
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Resilient, organized, and able to handle rejection in a positive and professional way.
  • Interested in cybersecurity, SaaS, MSPs, or technology sales.
  • Comfortable learning new tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
