This role involves recruiting new partners, onboarding them, managing relationships, and ensuring strategic partners meet program requirements. You'll deliver value propositions, communicate product launches, and execute marketing programs to drive leads, all while meeting sales quotas.

Provide hands-on IT support for North America users and global onboarding: manage device procurement, provisioning (Intune, Apple Business Manager), mailbox and identity administration (Microsoft 365/Exchange, HiBob), ticket resolution within SLAs, shipping/logistics, offboarding, and light infrastructure and automation support.

Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage channel partners (MSPs/MSSPs/VARs) across territories. Drive partner sales and quota attainment, deliver technical and sales enablement, execute marketing programs, manage deal registrations, communicate product launches, and maintain strategic partner relationships to grow pipeline and revenue.

Investigate security alerts (Cynet), perform live incident response, malware analysis and forensics, threat hunting, and produce threat intelligence reports. Operate security tools (firewalls, IDS, SIEM, endpoint protection) and collaborate with research to improve detection and hunting capabilities.

Lead FP&A analysis, forecasting, budgeting, KPI tracking, and management reporting. Build financial models, automate reporting and dashboards, partner with business stakeholders and Accounting, and support BI and financial systems implementation.

The Sales Engineer will provide technical pre-sales support, train partners on the Cynet platform, manage PoCs, and bridge communication between technical and business stakeholders.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will analyze financial performance, build models, track KPIs, and provide insights for strategic decision-making in a cybersecurity company.
