We're reimagining how we grow ours. That starts with the team you'd be leading.

About the Role

In this role, you'll help us build and scale a team of high-performing outbound Sales Development Representatives. You'll lead a highly visible, motivated team that generates pipeline and hits individual, team, and organizational quotas. You'll help shape our overall sales strategy and align sales development with our broader growth goals in a key market.

At Granum, there's a real opportunity for high-impact leaders to build a career with a company that keeps growing. You'll lead your team to exceed metrics, develop top talent, help us build out our sales development strategy, and make a direct impact on our mission to help green industry businesses do more of the work they love.

What You'll Own

  • Coach the calls. Review real conversations weekly and give feedback a rep can use tomorrow — the exact moment the call turned, and what to say instead.

  • Own the number. Meetings held, show rate, and the quality of what reaches an Account Executive.

  • Hire and ramp. Run the hiring funnel and get new reps to full productivity.

  • Grow reps out of the role. The best outcome for an SDR is outgrowing the job.

  • Read the funnel. Report activity, pipeline, and forecast to leadership — and catch the drop-off early.

  • Improve the motion. Test lists, sequences, and openers. Keep what works, cut what doesn't.

  • Partner across the org. Marketing on messaging, enablement on training, Account Executives on clean hand-offs.

  • Build the culture. Recognition, contests, and a bar the team is proud of.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading an outbound sales development team — or a track record as a top-performing senior SDR who's ready to lead one.

  • A track record of excellence in leading people.

  • Success selling in a SaaS or technology environment.

  • Comfort with high-volume outbound. You know the phone is still the job, and you're willing to model that.

  • A data-driven approach. You can look at a funnel and tell us where it's leaking.

  • Strong organization and the judgment to decide what your team works on first.

  • Clear, direct communication — and the listening skills to know what's actually going on with your reps
