Job Description

Title : SAP BASIS LEAD / MANAGER

Location : Charlotte, NC

Type : Fulltime Permanent

Work Status : US Citizen / GC / EAD (GC)

Required Skills:

• SAP BASIS support experience in a large-sized SAP environment

• SAP production support on AIX and DB2, HA environment is must

• Strong knowledge in ECC, BI and Process Integration, Portals, GRC, CE and Sol Man, Good knowledge in SLD / SMD / Wily monitoring tools and, BPC and BOBJ is required

• Strong knowledge in Sol Man – Charm, CTS+, Service desk, Service Reporting, CCMS and E2E performance monitoring

• Ability to analyze performance issues with SAP ABAP code(such as analyzing long-running SQL or reports in SAP)

• Knowledgeable with SAP Business Objects Data Warehouse tool, TDMS, BWA, HA and SAP Banking Service is plus

• Good communication and documentation skills and availability to work with large team

• Support Month End, On-calls, should be able to support weekend support and long hours

• Ability to lead the project efforts and plan tasks independently
