Schedule:
- FULL TIME
- 5 days a week / 2 days off
- Sundays off
- Weekend availability required
- Sales Floor Hours: Worked in shifts
- Monday - Friday: 9 am to 8 pm
- Saturday: 9 am to 8 pm

The vehicle salesperson is responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up.
- Prospect, qualify, and convert new and returning customers into vehicle buyers
- Deliver a consultative sales experience focused on customer needs and retention
- Close retail vehicle deals to meet/exceed gross profit and volume targets
- Manage follow-up, finance referrals, and post-sale customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate CRM records and comply with dealership processes and compliance
- Previous experience in a quota-driven sales role.
- Must be open to working weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
