Design campus recruiting and early-career programs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, measure program performance, and optimize conversion, retention, and time-to-productivity. Serve as Sonic's strategic connector to attract and develop sales, F&I, and operations leaders.

Lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex, cross-functional enterprise projects. Manage lifecycle, stakeholders, risks, and reporting while ensuring adherence to EPMO standards and driving measurable business outcomes.

Design, deploy, automate, and support scalable, secure AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure. Implement IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep), CI/CD (Azure DevOps), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), monitoring, security controls, cost optimization, incident response, and collaborate with development and security teams to enable cloud migration and operational excellence.
