Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Marketing Cloud solutions that align with business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to absorb and adapt to new technologies quickly.Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Architecture:
  • Develop scalable and secure SFMC architecture that meets business requirements.
  • Design data models, integration strategies, and automation workflows.
  • Implementation & Configuration:
  • Configure SFMC components including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder.
  • Implement personalization and segmentation strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Integration & Data Management:
  • Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other third-party systems.
  • Ensure proper data flow, synchronization, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for SFMC best practices and standards.
  • Provide guidance to development teams and stakeholders on technical solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current with SFMC updates and emerging technologies.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and implementation.
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying complex SFMC solutions.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in SFMC modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data modeling.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Ability to absorb and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
  • Must be able to work US Central Time hours.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Architect certifications.
  • Experience with multi-cloud integrations (Sales, Service, Commerce Cloud).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
