What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.

About you:
You enjoy solving real business problems with smart, well‑designed technology. You like working closely with people across the business and explaining technical choices in a clear, practical way. You’re confident taking ownership of technical decisions and setting good standards, but you’re just as happy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in. At Access, you’ll help shape how we use Salesforce as we grow, making sure it supports our teams and our customers in the best possible way.
Day to day, you will:
• Design and build solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to support our quote‑to‑cash processes.
• Lead technical decisions, balancing configuration and custom code, and clearly explaining the trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Own integrations between Salesforce and other systems, making sure data flows reliably and securely.
• Set and maintain development standards, including testing, deployments and environment management, while supporting and mentoring others in the team.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Significant experience in Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounts, renewals and amendments.
• Experience building on the Salesforce platform using tools like Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and APIs such as REST.
• A good understanding of data migration, document generation and integrations with tools like e‑signature platforms.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer or CPQ Specialist, or working towards them.
