Keeper Security is hiring an experienced and proactive Business AI Analyst to join our Sales Operations team, reporting to our Director of Global Sales Operations. This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our Chicago, IL office.

About the Role

As one of the industry’s fastest-growing companies, Keeper is investing heavily in AI-driven innovation. As the Business AI Analyst, you'll transform our business process through AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and smart workflow optimization. This role combines deep Salesforce expertise with AI technologies to build solutions like lead scoring, opportunity forecasting, and intelligent routing that directly impact customer acquisition and sales productivity. You'll help lead AI transformation initiatives in a fast-scaling cybersecurity company.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and deploy AI tools (Salesforce Einstein, GPT integrations, custom AI models) within Salesforce and other related systems 
  • Identify and prioritize AI automation opportunities across Sales, Marketing, Support and Revenue Operations
  • Build AI-enabled workflows including lead scoring, predictive forecasting, next-best-action models, and intelligent case routing
  • Serve as the internal AI subject matter export for Salesforce and related systems
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals and revenue strategy
  • Create business cases, roadmaps and ROI metrics for AI initiatives; present recommendations to leadership
  • Research AI trends in CRM and RevOps; evaluate third-party tools and APIs to enhance our tech stack
  • Establish best practices and documentation for AI implementations
  • Manage multiple AI projects independently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of Salesforce experience with a strong understanding of core objects, automation (Flows, Apex) and integrations
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, AI Associate, etc.) preferred
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry and subscription-based business models
  • Understanding of AI and ML concepts as applied to business and customer lifecycle process optimization
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Einstein, GPT integrations, or similar AI tools
  • Experience working in or closely with Sales Strategy and Sales Enablement teams
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and AI model outputs for business decisions
  • Experience managing technical projects from design to implementation
  • Self-driven problem solver who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, or similar RevOps/MarTech platforms
  • Background in Business Strategy, RevOps, or Data Science is a strong plus
  • Due to this role’s involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a “U.S. Person”
