Job Summary

Job Description

The Sales Support Representative will collaborate directly with the Sales Operations & Support team and assist with managing the service-related needs of customers. This position will work to address and correct product pricing issues

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and execute a strategy to address and correct price issues
  • Answer customer and sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist sales in relations and support to specified customers
  • Understand product assortment, technical qualities of product, and pricing
  • Provide superior Sales Operations & Support utilizing a highly professional and courteous manner
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with Sales
  • Work closely with internal departments: systems, warehouse, compliance, supply chain and receivables to fulfill customer requirements within scope of company abilities
  • Assist with customer orders

Skills and Abilities:

  • High School Diploma
  • 0-2 years of experience
