Job Description:
The Sales Support Specialist will contribute to customer revenue retention and sales success through supporting efforts around renewals, reduction of service, decommissioning of products/parts and solution repricing. This position will also provide system and process subject matter expertise for Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, and Docusign. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are critical.Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
- Identification of upcoming renewals and forecasting of renewals
- Responsible for researching key components and critical dates for renewals and communicating with the Sales Account Executive for flawless execution with the customer
- Create quotes and complete quote changes as necessary
- Processing and communicating changes of service predicated on deprecated products/parts, solution repricing and reduction of service requests
- Work cross organizationally with Commercial Management, Sales and Sales Operations
- Provide first point of contact for questions or issues related to front office system, policies, or procedures (including but not limited to Salesforce, CPQ, and Docusign)
- Verify and process contracts/sales orders that occur outside of the defined electronic process
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a high activity environment
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Customer oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce, Docusign, and a quoting process
- Knowledge of renewals and the renewal process
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage
Base Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $67,000 - $77,000. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications.
Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
