This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

As a Sales Support Specialist for Consumer Direct Interaction, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of the Electrolux aftermarket business with a key focus on B2B retail and distribution channels.  You will be a customer advocate and essential partner to numerous cross functional teams, ensuring we are always exceeding our customers’ expectations. This position is instrumental in managing and analyzing our customer data to drive strategic growth across all verticals of the Consumer Direct Interaction portfolio.  For this role you will need to think big, help to implement new/effective processes, and take ownership of customer and consumer challenges.  The successful candidate will be proactive, energetic, diligent, intellectually curious, and a customer-first analytical thinker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate execution of customers’ orders and requests

  • Track operational performance against customer compliance programs, analyze performance data to identify root cause and solutions, and lead cross-functional teams to drive improvements to reduce compliance penalties

  • Identify and develop solutions to organizational challenges

  • Maintain customer data in ERP systems to ensure seamless order fulfillment

  • Collaborate with Global Finance and AR teams to manage customers’ credit lines, past dues and credit holds

  • Manage all operational and analytical processes within assigned customer teams

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business goals (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product Line, Service, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance)

  • Ability to flex and contribute at all levels of the business

  • Work closely in a group environment to drive results

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2+ years of work experience in Sales Operations

  • Creative problem solver

  • Highly analytical and detail oriented

  • Continuous Improvement mindset

  • Understanding how to analyze data and create reporting to track customer performance

  • Some Travel may be required
