We are in an exciting part of our journey to grow and mature the Customer Success muscle at Trimble and are looking for a growth-minded leader who can coach and train a team through changes to deliver a positive renewal experience for our customers.
What You Will Do
The Manager of Renewals Engagement will be a leader who can work cross-functionally to achieve results and plays a key role in driving retention and revenue across the entire organization. This is a high-impact position responsible for ensuring maximum financial results by owning and executing renewals across your team.
Your responsibilities will include
Manage all aspects of the renewals process and a team of renewals specialists
Refine and execute renewal strategies to proactively engage our customers to increase retention and decrease churn
Responsible for managing a high volume in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Track, analyze, and report weekly on Renewal metrics across the organization
Communicate risk clearly and early to internal stakeholders and take the lead in developing resolution strategies
Actively engage with key decision-makers to ensure on-time renewal contracts
Proven leadership – coach, train, and lead a team through any change
Bring creative energy and innovation to the organization
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
2-3 years of demonstrated success and experience managing in a SaaS organization
Strong understanding of renewal software processes, strategies, and concepts
An effective leader and delegator, being able to effectively prioritize your own activities as well as your team
Exceptional strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, presentation (written and oral), and organization skills are a must
Take a high degree of ownership over the workload
Demonstrable experience setting stretch goals and coaching a team to attain and retain top performance
Ability to positively influence internal teams to drive customer success and retention
Positive, never fail attitude
Proficiency in Salesforce, Intermediate skills in DOMO, and Gainsight (preferred)

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
