About this Role:

We're seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to accelerate sales execution, ensure pristine Hubspot CRM and contract data, and empower our revenue teams with the resources to close deals and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Route inbound leads, set up opportunities, and prepare quotes for standard SKUs

  • Maintain CRM accuracy across contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects

  • Manage cooperative contract reporting and vendor registrations

  • Support Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, including assembly, formatting, and submission logistics

  • Track grant opportunities and support partner reporting needs

  • Identify upsell opportunities and enroll them in automated campaigns

  • Build and maintain sales enablement resources such as playbooks and process guides

  • Support onboarding and training of new sales reps

Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of experience in one of the following:

    • Sales (quota-carrying or client-facing roles), OR

    • Sales Operations with direct experience supporting sales representatives or account executives

  • Strong HubSpot skills required, including database maintenance (duplicate remediation, data hygiene protocols) and pipeline performance tracking

  • Proficient understanding of sales life cycle with ability to assess and optimize pipeline health

  • Experience in document management, including origination, e-signature, and document markup

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven

  • Familiarity with RFP processes, cooperative contracts, and vendor registration systems preferred
