About the RoleAs the Lead, SDR Operations, you will play a critical role in optimizing the SDR operational ecosystem globally. You will assist in driving the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure, managing advanced systems and data flows, and leading planning initiatives that directly influence departmental strategy and leadership decision-making. This role demands a high degree of technical expertise, complex problem-solving ability, and strong cross-functional influence to drive productivity, efficiency, and pipeline growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSystems & Infrastructure- Manage and Optimize Core Systems: Oversee and maintain advanced configurations across the entire Sales Development Technology Stack, including designing scalable infrastructure and processes.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Manage complex data orchestration and flows between SDR and marketing systems to ensure data integrity and global reporting accuracy.
- Lead Operational Planning: Drive advanced planning activities, including managing Activity KPIs, Quotas, SPIFs, and leading Headcount Capacity Planning and benchmarking efforts.
- Deliver Strategic Insights: Develop strategic reporting aligned with organizational objectives, and synthesize data into comprehensive reports that directly inform leadership decision-making.
- Ensure Operational Reliability: Proactively anticipate and mitigate potential system disruptions and errors that could impact global SDR productivity.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead complex problem-solving initiatives and oversee processes to ensure continuous efficiency gains in all SDR workflows.
- Align Cross-Functional Workflows: Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional alignment, driving consensus on planning approaches and leading strategic change management.
- Influence Leadership: Persuade and influence leadership decisions by presenting impactful analytics, acting as an advocate for data-driven strategies at the executive level.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in SDR Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations, OR a combination of 4+ years in one of these operational functions plus relevant experience in an SDR/BDR individual contributor or leadership role, ideally with a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Proven expertise in administering and optimizing a best-in-class GTM Technology Stack, including Salesforce, sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), conversational intelligence (Gong), prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Cognism, Lusha), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and website chat (e.g., Qualified, Drift).
- Intermediate proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Salesforce Reporting & Dashboards, Power BI).
- Salesforce Administrator, Outreach, and/or PowerBI Certifications.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with SQL or data modeling within a Business Intelligence (BI) or Data Warehouse environment (Snowflake).
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and experience building operational processes to support them.
- Demonstrated experience in leading strategic change management initiatives for global sales development teams.
