ADI Global Distribution is seeking a motivated, analytical, and collaborative Sales Operations Analyst to support and optimize our sales strategy and execution. This role plays a critical part in enabling the sales organization through data-driven insights, process improvements, and technology enablement. As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that drive performance and business growth.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Perform routine data collection, validation, and entry activities to support sales reporting and analytics deliverables. 
  • Prepare recurring reports, basic summaries, and supporting documentation using established templates and instructions. 
  • Assist in updating dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to help ensure data accuracy and timely completion. 
  • Support forecasting, territory planning, account assignment, and target-setting activities by gathering and organizing required information. 
  • Review assigned data sets for basic errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and escalate issues as needed. 
  • Support senior analysts with analysis of sales performance, pipeline activity, customer trends, and product results. 
  • Help document processes, report requirements, and routine user questions related to sales tools and reporting. 
  • Participate in testing, training support, and other project tasks under guidance from more experienced team members. 

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, or a comparable analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools to analyze data and create reporting solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functional teams.

WE VALUE:

  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, or other reporting and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of sales operations processes, reporting, forecasting, or territory management.
  • Experience supporting commercial, distribution, technology, or B2B sales organizations.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.

  • PowerBI, SQL and Snowflake for data analysis
