As a Sales Operations Manager at Moveworks, you’ll empower our Sales organization with the data, analytics, and automation needed to scale a fast-growing AI company and accelerate sales velocity.
You’ll strengthen our go-to-market engine by streamlining processes, improving data quality, and equipping reps with the tooling they need to execute. In this role, you’ll help drive excellence across sales processes, Salesforce and adjacent tools, GTM analytics and reporting, and the quote-to-cash process.
This work is foundational to our GTM field teams and provides the opportunity to exercise influence across analytics, operations, systems administration, project management, and sales support.
As an individual contributor, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing Ops, Finance, Legal, and GTM Systems, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations.
What will you do?Deal Desk & Quote-to-Cash: Support and maintain overall quote-to-cash process. Provide hands-on Deal Desk support to sales (configuring pricing/discounts, designing approval logic, ensuring bookings hygiene). Partner with Finance/Legal to remove friction and accelerate cycle times.
CRM & Tooling Administration: Build/optimize CRM configuration (flows, validations, page layouts, field configuration), troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity. Coordinate integrations and adoption across related sales tools (ex: Gong, Clari, Outreach).
Territory & Data Operations: Execute territory updates and own data maintenance across relevant systems (enrichment, deduplication, assignments) to keep account/lead hygiene accurate and auditable.
Process Excellence: Document policies, draft enablement resources, provide support in end-user training, and help drive adoption of new processes. Proactively flag risks/opportunities with clear recommendations and follow-through.
Analytics & Insights: Help drive end-user adoption of core reports and dashboards across relevant systems (Tableau, Mode, Salesforce). Support in delivering recurring/ad-hoc analyses on key business metrics, including pipeline, sales efficiency, revenue trends.
Lead to Account Routing: Provide support to Marketing Ops to ensure lead routing processes are working effectively. Monitor routing processes to identify and correct errors, and proactively recommend solutions/enhancements.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Provide operational support to cross-functional teams including Legal, IT/Security, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Strategy, Procurement on behalf of the whole Sales org.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS environment, or technology company.
- Critical thinker and problem solver; self-starter who takes initiative, communicates proactively and is able steward a project with clear goals, timelines, and success criteria.
- Experience partnering with internal teams including, Sales, Marketing Ops, Finance, and Legal to drive operational efficiencies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting varied timelines and deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, with both end-user and administrative experience in Salesforce. Experience with Salesforce CPQ, or comparable quote-to-cash tool.
- Strong proficiency with Gsheets/Excel.
- Administrative experience with other tools in our tech stack is a plus: Outreach, Gong, People.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clari.
- Experience with BI and Data Analysis tools like Tableau or Mode in business user and analyst capacity, SQL fluency is a plus
Compensation Range: $133,356 - $185,000
*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans.
