This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our North American National Account channels, with a focus on optimizing sales operations, supporting customer programs, and ensuring seamless order lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize invoicing and order execution processes across multiple programs

  • Enforce out-of-zone shipment permissions to maximize truck optimization and encourage incremental sales, including excess and obsolete inventory

  • Support product lifecycle activities, including item setup, transitions, and end-of-life processes

  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related errors impacting inventory, invoicing, or order flow

  • Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing LEAN, sustainable processes

  • Serve as subject matter expert for the Electrolux Order Portal and support system enhancements

  • Provide data reporting and ad hoc analysis to support sales planning, account performance, and leadership needs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or supply chain

  • Proficient in SAP and knowledgeable in order lifecycle management

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
