Senior Sales Operations Analyst - (Remote or Onsite in NC)

Labcorp’s National Sales Enablement team is in search of a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to conduct commercial administration and analytics for our Diagnostics sales teams. This individual will be part of a team that provides insights and tools to help sales teams optimize sales processes and accelerate revenue-driving activities.
This position is remote friendly within the United States. Preference will be given to candidates who are within commuting distance of our Durham, NC location and are open to an onsite work schedule.
Responsibilities:
Work with sales leadership to develop metrics, dashboards, and reports that accelerate strategies for revenue growth, e.g., pipeline health, opportunity identification
Collect, organize, cleanse, validate, and analyze sales data to create, calculate, and deliver reports on sales performance and sales commissions
Assist with administration of sales compensation plans
Research commission payment or sales discrepancies and exception requests and resolve them timely and accurately
Administer, monitor, and analyze performance on sales campaigns and sales contests
Create and maintain dashboards and reports that summarize sales performance for sales management and representatives
Communicate with and answer sales analytics and commission questions from sales leadership and representatives
Prepare and communicate ad-hoc sales analytics reports
Develop best practices, tools, reporting, and standard operating procedures to drive efficiencies and identify areas for process improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
5+ years of demonstrable experience in data analytics with ability to analyze large datasets efficiently and effectively
Strong business acumen - ability to independently work to explore and understand business context
Self starter attitude with problem-solving capabilities and proven ability to achieve results
Proficiency in Excel, Access, preferred working knowledge of Salesforce Analytics, Tableau, Alteryx, VBA, SQL
Working knowledge of performing sales commission calculations and creating sales analytics reports
Knowledge of the laboratory industry, healthcare, hospitals and managed care a plus
Ability to communicate effectively and work well with various functional departments and levels of leadership
Outstanding detail-oriented analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
Comfort with and confidence in working in a fast-paced sales environment
Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM and sales performance management software such as SAP Success Factors or similar

Schedule/Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm Eastern Time
