Key Responsibilities :
- Delivering polished, in depth product demos to prospects
- Leading product evaluations, demonstrating attainment of success criteria for prospects
- Working cross functionally, with engineering to influence product roadmap, features, and reporting bugs
- Use deep product knowledge, and general tech understanding, to be consultative and devise solutions to customer problems
- Be able to explain complex data analytics and AI topics to people
- Empower prospect employees to champion and advocate for our solution
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience in an enterprise environment with Sales Engineering, Consulting, or other technical customer-facing roles
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and web app fundamentals
- Strong business acumen, and polished presentation skills, with an aptitude for explaining complex technical concepts to laypeople
- Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies
- Basic Familiarity with ML and AI conceptsEager to learn, try new things, and take calculated risks
- Data-driven, a process-oriented individual who can point to ways you’ve upleveled the product/process and people in your professional experience past
- Desire to work in a dynamic startup where your input is desired to help craft our offerings and how we interact with clients
