Lyntris is a defense technology company that connects sensing to action across the connected battlespace. Lyntris brings together the talents of Accelint and Vitesse teams under one mission, with each contributing deep expertise within their domain. Combining differentiated hardware, software and mission expertise, Lyntris helps customers sense threats, make sense of complex conditions and act with greater speed, precision and confidence in contested environments.

Lyntris supports U.S. and allied defense organizations across every branch — including Navy, Army, Air Force, Space Force and allied partners — spanning strategic, operational and tactical missions and every domain: Space, Air, Land, Sea and Cyber. With more than 200 active defense programs, Lyntris works at every level of the mission, from national command authority to the tactical edge.

Solutions are designed by operators who understand the mission, engineered for the conditions that degrade or defeat standard systems, and built on an open, modular architecture that integrates into existing programs without requiring them to start over. Lyntris moves faster than the traditional defense cycle — with integrated design, build and test capabilities in-house — and delivers systems that sustain and endure long after initial fielding.

  • Conduct technical product demonstrations showcasing digital engineering, MBSE, and Cameo/MagicDraw-based model processing and automation capabilities.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert during customer engagements, explaining product capabilities, architectures, and integration approaches.
  • Consult with customers to understand engineering workflows and recommend solutions that improve model management, artifact generation, interoperability, and digital engineering processes.
  • Support proposal development, technical responses, white papers, requests for information (RFIs), and requests for proposal (RFPs).
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to communicate customer requirements, product feedback, and market opportunities.
  • Educate customers on integrating digital engineering tools into existing CI/CD engineering workflows and software development environments.
  • Engage with government program offices, PEOs, prime contractors, and engineering organizations throughout the technical sales lifecycle.
  • Support trade shows, conferences, customer workshops, and technical presentations.
  • Maintain awareness of evolving defense digital engineering initiatives, standards, acquisition strategies, and industry trends.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of experience selling technical software solutions into the Department of Defense or defense industry.
  • Experience selling digital engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), PLM, ALM, or related engineering software platforms.
  • Working knowledge of MBSE concepts and the Cameo Systems Modeler (MagicDraw/NoMagic) ecosystem, with the ability to demonstrate and explain model-to-artifact processing pipelines.
  • Understanding of Department of Defense acquisition pathways, including OTA, CSO, FAR 2.101 Commercial Items, and SBIR/STTR programs.
  • Familiarity with government Program Executive Offices (PEOs), program offices, and defense acquisition organizations.
  • Knowledge of defense interoperability standards, including SOSA, FACE, AMS GRA, and UCI, and their role within modern digital engineering and CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience supporting sales opportunities involving Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), IL-5, or other secure computing environments.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative or solution-based selling with technical evaluators, engineering teams, and executive decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills.
  • Currently holds an active U.S. national security clearance or is able to receive and maintain one.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting defense software, systems engineering, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working directly with Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, or other MBSE platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, digital engineering ecosystems, and systems engineering best practices.
  • Experience working with defense prime contractors, government laboratories, or federally funded research organizations.
  • Existing relationships within DoD program offices, acquisition organizations, or defense engineering communities.
