We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist to elevate our sales team’s performance. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role will equip our reps with the content, tools, and training they need to close deals faster and more effectively.

Ideal candidates are hungry self-starters with strong attention to detail and a creative streak. This is a fast-paced, high-demand, high-volume sales environment and you’ll need to know how to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. 

This is a 100% remote position based in the Eastern time Zone in US or Canada. No sponsorship is available at this time.


About The Role

What You'll Do
  • Develop compelling, high-quality sales content in Google Slides or PowerPoint to support various stages of the sales funnel.
  • Review and refine content for grammar, formatting, and thoroughness.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align on key initiatives, messaging, and enablement priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create persuasive, customized sales collateral and training materials.
  • Own and optimize the use of tools like Salesforce, Notion, and Aligned to manage internal resources, track performance, and streamline sales processes.
  • Keep the sales team informed and equipped with the latest sales collateral, messaging frameworks, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain a dynamic onboarding program, including a comprehensive library of resources and live training sessions.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or a related role within a SaaS company.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent presentation design skills (Google Slides/PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Notion, Aligned, and others.
  • Highly collaborative with a track record of working cross-functionally.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • Experience with sales training and onboarding program design.
  • Familiarity with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Showpad, or Seismic).
  • Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and methodologies.
  • FP&A industry experience
