Axonius is seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager to design, execute, and optimize high-impact enablement programs that drive sales excellence across the global revenue organization for our sellers. This role will be pivotal in accelerating ramp time, improving seller productivity, and aligning our go-to-market teams with the company’s strategic objectives.

As a key member of the Field Enablement team, you will own core programs such as new hire onboarding, ongoing skills development, product readiness, and sales process reinforcement. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Tech Enablement, and Revenue Operations to build scalable, data-driven initiatives that equip our sellers to close deals more effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Design, manage, and scale sales enablement programs aligned with GTM priorities
  • Deliver and facilitate enablement via multiple formats, including live sessions, async courses, role plays, workshops, and certifications
  • Own and evolve the global onboarding experience for AEs, CSRs, and other revenue-facing roles
  • Create and manage enablement content across platforms, ensuring accessibility, and relevance
  • Manage tools and systems that support sales readiness (e.g., LMS, CMS, call recording, asset portals)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Tech Enablement, Revenue Ops, and Sales Leadership to ensure alignment
  • Proactively measure enablement impact through KPIs like ramp time, attainment, content engagement, and certification completion

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Program Management, or Revenue Enablement at a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales processes, buyer journeys, and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler).
  • Experience managing onboarding and training programs at scale, including content creation, LMS administration, and program tracking.
  • Comfortable facilitating training sessions, delivering presentations, and engaging directly with sales teams.
  • Proficient in enablement and GTM tools (e.g., Highspot, Docebo, Salesforce, Zoom, and Google Suite).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for helping sellers succeed and a high bar for quality and execution.
  • Willingness to travel when needed for key enablement events like Sales Kick-Off and new hire trainings.

Axonius is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages. A candidate’s salary will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our packages include stock options, attractive benefits, and an annual bonus.

Annual Salary Range (bonus and equity included in addition to the below numbers)
$115,000$125,000 USD
