About the Role:

We're looking for Outbound Sales Development Representatives who are eager to build their sales careers at a startup that offers fast-paced growth. If you're adaptable, ambitious, and thrive in high growth environments, then we want to hear from you. This is a hybrid position, requiring a regular presence at our Charlotte, NC office. While some flexibility for remote work will be offered, the successful candidate will need to be based within commuting distance of Charlotte.

How you'll make an impact as a Sales Development Representative:

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities

  • Make strategic outbound calls & emails daily

  • Master the ability to tell the Limble story

  • Align Limble solutions with prospect's business objectives & needs

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations

  • Proactively keep knowledgeable of our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers

  • Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, the web, and other sources

  • Ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM

  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and deals closed

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience

  • Account mining experience

  • Motivated to help the sales organization and company grow

  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills

  • Coachable

  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
