What you'll be doing:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s passionate about AI and eager to make a significant impact in a fast-growing deeptech company. The ideal candidate has a knack for building relationships, qualifying inbound leads, and supporting high-value enterprise sales cycles with Fortune 500 companies and AI factories.
As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you’ll:
- Conduct initial outreach and qualification for inbound leads to assess their fit and interest.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for key decision-makers.
- Ensure thorough discovery has been conducted and documented before handing off to Account Executives.
- Maintain and manage accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Partner with the marketing team to optimize inbound lead generation campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Provide actionable feedback to the product and marketing teams to help shape messaging and offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of commercial experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and proactive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
It's nice if you have:
- Sales Development experience at a SaaS or deeptech company.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or in enterprise-level sales environments.
- An interest in or familiarity with AI and emerging technology landscapes.
