Goal of This Role

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us connect with potential customers and share the story of how our technology is changing the world. You’ll be the first conversation many people have with Lucid Bots, and your energy, thoughtfulness, and follow-up will set the tone.

If you're looking to simply go through the motions, this won’t be the right fit. We’re looking for someone excited to take ownership, roll up their sleeves, and thrive in a high-energy outbound environment. You’ll be part of a growing team, representing a product that’s genuinely making a difference and you'll have real opportunities to grow with us.

What You’ll Do
  • Proactively engage potential customers through multi-channel outreach; including email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate interest and build your pipeline.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings with qualified prospects, setting Account Executives up for successful conversations and closed deals.
  • Initiate meaningful connections with individuals who may be learning about Lucid Bots for the first time, serving as the first impression of our brand.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up routines, ensuring no opportunity is lost to inconsistent outreach, it's never just one and done.
  • Embrace a revenue-driven mindset, taking full ownership of your metrics and continuously seeking improvement.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and the broader sales team to align strategies and exceed team quotas together.
  • Foster a positive and ambitious team culture, contributing ideas, supporting teammates, and staying focused on collective growth.
