In support of our continued growth, Darktrace is looking for driven, ambitious and hungry leader to join our Sales Development team. This is an office-based position. You will lead a team of SDRs to work on greenfield areas to establish relationships with new customers to uncover high-value opportunities. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Directly manage a team of 10-12 Sales Development Representatives.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales Directors, VPs, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations to understand the needs of the region and how the SDR team supports those needs. 
  • Coaching, mentoring, and motivating a high producing sales team.
  • Assist in the recruiting, staffing, and training to grow and maintain a sales team.
  • Inspire, lead, and coach a dynamic and fast paced sales team.
  • Coach and provide feedback to the sales team in the areas of sales/personal development, direction, and focus.
  • Conduct weekly forecast review and quarterly progress review sessions with each representative.
  • Manage productivity, funnel of opportunities, and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards.
  • Collaborate with other SDR Managers on department projects and initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience mentoring or leading a team of BDRs/SDRs in a heavy outbound position.
  • Experience using prospecting tools such as Linkedin Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Salesloft, or Outreach.
  • Extensive experience conducting and teaching cold calling, personalized written outreach, and creative prospecting tactics.
  • Demonstrated success in forecasting, territory planning, and account mapping.
  • Resilient, positive, energetic, driven, results oriented, confident, coachable, eagerness to help people succeed.
