The Job At-A-Glance:

Q2 is seeking a Program Manager who is responsible for programmatic oversight of ongoing implementation projects. They will work closely with our clients to install and support our suite of products. This position is a hybrid project management and technical implementation role that involves overseeing complex, enterprise-level client engagements. The Program Manager works with clients through the implementation of the products and serves as the primary contact with the client during the project.

A Typical Day:

  • Confirm and drive creation/ alignment of overall program scope and timeline.
  • Ensure that goals/objectives/ deliverables are defined, including the end objective definition, scope, and general timelines.
  • Manage communication, coordination and status updates between teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Coordinate lessons learned cross functional teams and drive lesson learned program
  • Anticipate needs and drive results through planning, documentation, dependency coordination, tracking, internal training and communications.
  • Create and analyze operational trends and data used for decision making, root cause analysis and performance measurement.
  • Build partnerships, work collaboratively and communicate effectively to achieve shared objectives.
  • Make Improvements to processes to improve the experience and delivery for internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to

Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of related experience
  • Technical Background with experience in common Scrum and Agile practices preferred.
  • Jira, Power BI and MS Project experience preferred.
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment while delivering results.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software deployment architecture and methodologies.
  • Proven ability in building effective partnership with diverse groups in multiple locations/environments
  • Ability to convey technical concepts to business oriented teams.
  • Capable of assessing and communicating risks and mitigations while managing ambiguity.
  • Experience managing customer and internal expectations while understanding the organizational and customer impact.
  • Strong organizational, process, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
