About Hightouch

Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. With complete brand context, customer data, and performance history in one place, every marketer finally has the power to build and ship end-to-end campaigns themselves. Teams move faster, stay on brand, and get AI marketing that actually works.

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Francisco, Hightouch enables marketing teams to analyze performance, brainstorm ideas, and generate creative at a speed and quality that wasn't previously possible.

Named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Customer Data Platforms, Hightouch is trusted by leading enterprises like Domino's, Spotify, Aritzia, Cars.com, Ramp, and PetSmart.

At Hightouch, our mission is to help our customers leverage data and AI to grow their businesses. The team is ambitious, impact-driven, efficient — and we believe humility, kindness, and compassion are essential to our success. If you're energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, we'd love to meet you.

About The Role

Hightouch is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our founding Ad-Studio team to help build the outbound motion for Hightouch's creative platform for building, editing, and launching on-brand ads at the volume performance marketing requires. You'll be a key player in helping stand up a brand-new product motion; there's no established playbook here, so you'll be working directly with leadership to build the foundational processes, messaging, and strategies as we go. You will be outbounding to performance marketers, creative and brand teams, so we are looking for someone who is highly intelligent, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to connect with multiple audiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Outreach directly into prospective customers who fit our ideal persona (performance marketing, growth, creative, and marketing ops leaders) via cold calls, text, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and other methods
  • Work with the growth team to research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts, tying messaging to real creative and campaign pain points (creative fatigue, slow production cycles, brand consistency at scale)
  • Find creative methods, channels, and strategies to help guide prospects to a Hightouch Ad Studio demo
  • Own building the outbound playbook from the ground up, you will help shape process, messaging, tooling, and strategy for this new product rather than inherit them
  • You will be tasked with a goal and expected to execute against it on a monthly basis
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Self-starter, ability to self-motivate and build from zero in a high-growth start-up
  • Comfort operating without an established playbook and helping create one
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience (1+ years) engaging customers and prospects
  • Interest in tech, and ideally in marketing, advertising, or data
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work

Even if your experience does not line up perfectly, we are still excited to have you apply. The best hires do not always check off every box of a job description.

Compensation Details

On-Target Earnings: $100,000 annually
Base Salary: $70,000 annually
We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options and offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.

E-Verify Statement

Hightouch participates in E-Verify. After you join the team, we'll verify your eligibility to work in the U.S. by submitting information from your Form I-9 to the Social Security Administration and, if needed, the Department of Homeland Security. This process happens post-hire only — we never use E-Verify to pre-screen applicants.
