The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify potential commercial clients, conduct outreach, set appointments, and support the sales pipeline.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our inside sales efforts in the exterior building maintenance and commercial window cleaning industry. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential commercial clients, and setting high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers. As the first point of contact with prospects, the SDR plays a critical role in driving new business opportunities and supporting the overall sales pipeline. Office based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify prospective customers such as property managers, facility directors, building owners, engineers, franchisees, and procurement
- Research commercial properties and develop a strong understanding of client needs for services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, and façade maintenance
- Set high-quality appointments and meetings for Business Development Managers
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress daily in the CRM
- Follow up on inbound leads, budgets, scheduling, and nurture early-stage prospects
- Achieve weekly activity expectations and exceed KPI’s
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, inside sales, or customer outreach
- Excellent communication skills — verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable making a high volume of outreach contacts per day
- Proficient in CRM software and sales engagement tools
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in sales
