Your Contribution to Port City Sound:
1. CRM & Pipeline Management
- Own and maintain the CRM for leads, opportunities, and deals.
- Maintain reporting/dashboards for sales leadership.
2. Deal Schedules & Sales Operations
- Maintain deal schedules and coordinate key dates across sales, procurement, and PM.
- Review proposal/quote documentation and track contracts/change orders through handoff.
3. Lead & Opportunity Management
- Qualify inbound leads and route to the right Account Executive.
- Manage unassigned leads and conduct outbound cold calling to generate and revive leads.
4. Team Coordination
- Liaise between sales and project management during handoff, attending internal meetings for pipeline updates.
- Support Business Development Specialists with admin tasks (quote prep, follow-ups, order status).
5. General Sales Support
- Assist with sales collateral, presentations, and proposal templates.
- Support sales reporting, forecasting, and process documentation as the team grows.
Your Ideal Knowledge/Experience:
- 2+yrs of experience in a sales support, admin, or customer service (ideally in design, construction, or tech)
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Skilled in CRM's (Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Excellent written and verbal (English)
Port City Sound's Contribution to You:
- $27-$33/hr
