We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator that plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth by managing the quoting process, qualifying and coordinating new customer leads, and providing day‑to‑day support to the field sales team.

Location:

This is a Hybrid role based out of our Amerock office in Charlotte/Huntersville NC, in accordance with the Amerock Flex schedule; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office / Monday and Friday remote.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage customer quotes and pricing requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all quotes align with established pricing guidelines and approval requirements
  • Maintain thorough documentation related to quotes, pricing approvals, and customer requests
  • Work closely with outside/field sales representatives to support active sales opportunities
  • Coordinate information, samples, pricing details, and customer data for field sales as needed
  • Manage follow‑ups and assist with tracking sales activities and next steps
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for field sales inquiries
  • Receive, screen, qualify, and route new customer leads via phone, email, and CRM
  • Assess customer fit prior to assigning leads to sales representatives
  • Support onboarding activities for new customers as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer, lead, and opportunity records in the CRM system
  • Track sales activities, quotes, and outcomes to support reporting
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with customer service, operations, and finance teams to support the sales process
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or sales support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience preparing quotes and supporting sales teams
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • High attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Experience supporting outside or field sales teams

$15.00 - $27.50

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
