Develops BIM models, maintains VDC standards, templates, workflows, and family libraries, reviews construction documents, collaborates with customers, and supports VDC integration and global BIM initiatives. Provide technical customer support for municipal metering systems, troubleshooting Neptune platforms, AMI systems, gateways, hardware, communications, software, data, integrations, APIs, and utility billing connections. Manage support tickets, document resolutions, collaborate with internal teams, assist with implementations, train customers and employees, and resolve complex technical issues remotely and during regional travel.

Lead a team to design, build, and operate scalable, secure platform and MLOps capabilities on GCP and hybrid cloud. Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD, telemetry, and platform modernization to accelerate AI/ML and software delivery while managing delivery, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder alignment.
