Sales Consultant In Training position is responsible for providing excellent customer service by stocking and merchandising products, building displays and completing store resets in an established territory. In addition, this position will help Sales Representatives sell wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages in an established selling territory.

Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer service to accounts
- Stocking, merchandising, and rotating products on displays and the shelf
- Build wine and beer displays in established territory
- Assist in completing store resets in established territory
- Facilitate resolution of customer service issues
- Learn to develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner
- Learn to submit accurate and timely orders for customers
- Learn to grow business in multi-level accounts selling diverse product portfolio
- Provide value-added services to maximize sales
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations
- Report daily and weekly activities within assigned territory
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work assigned work schedule
- Knowledgeable of wine and beer beverage industry and previous experience in Retail/Grocery environments preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Clean driving record required
- Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly
- Must be 21 years old and must qualify for an ABC Wholesale Salesmen permit
- Regular night, weekend and some holiday work required
Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background and MVR.
