ABOUT THE ROLE

A growing online wellness company is looking for a Sales Closer to join the team and take ownership of inbound sales calls. This is a warm-lead, consultative sales role - not cold calling, hard selling, or pure transactional.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on genuine human connection, has a natural ability to build rapport, and wants to earn well doing meaningful work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide clients through a conversation about their experience, progress, and goals

• Present the full program as the natural next step - no hard selling required

• Follow up with clients who need a second conversation before committing (~30% of closes)

Lead Nurturing

• Reach out to webinar registrants who didn't attend or engage

• Re-engage trial members who haven't scheduled their upsell call

• Maintain a clean pipeline and follow-up cadence

Self-Management

• Own your calendar and manage your daily call schedule independently

• Track your performance and continuously improve your approach

• Participate in onboarding training to learn the product, the process, and the client journey
