As Rework Technician, you will be part of the operations team, consisting of several technicians reporting to Team Leader Production.
Your Responsibilities
- Repairing or replacing vehicle components
- Routing harnesses and air hoses
- Drilling
- Documenting work and findings
- Collaborating with quality, production and end of line testing teams
Who We Are Looking For
- Completed high school diploma or college degree preferred
- Manufacturing experience in automotive preferred
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office
- Technical background and analytical skills would be an asset
- Strong willingness to learn and develop
- Fluent in English
Your Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry of 5-7 years.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams, work instructions
- Ability to work under vehicles on hoist
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
