Overview

We’re hiring a RevOps Analyst to build the analytics backbone for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll work with the models, dashboards, and insights that drive pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and expansion/retention. This is a high-impact role for someone who blends strong SQL/BI skills with GTM acumen and thrives in fast-moving environments.

What you’ll do

  • Work with Electric’s Data-engineering team to sculpt GTM analytics & reporting: Design and maintain a single source of truth for ARR, ACV, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, win/loss, churn, NRR/GRR, cohorts, and partner influence.

  • Forecast & pipeline health: Partner with Sales leadership to operationalize forecast methodologies (e.g., stage/age hygiene, MEDDIC signal capture, next-step rigor) and publish weekly dashboards.

  • Attribution & funnel analytics: Build multi-touch attribution and lead-to-revenue funnels across paid, partner, and sales-led motions; quantify CAC payback and channel ROI.

  • Data modeling & quality: Help inform scalable data models (e.g., dbt) and tests to ensure freshness, completeness, and accuracy; define SLAs and governance for GTM data.

Tooling & Integrations

  • Connect and optimize data across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Salesloft, etc. and the data warehouse

  • Experimentation & insights: Support ad-hoc analyses on pricing/packaging, segments, territories & quotas, comp plans, and customer journeys; translate findings into exec-ready recommendations.

  • Security & compliance mindset: Handle data with care and follow best practices aligned with a security company’s standards.

Who You Are

  • 2-3 years in RevOps/Revenue Analytics/BI for B2B SaaS (startup to scale-up experience preferred).

  • Proficiency with a BI tools and data modeling.

  • Hands-on with Salesforce (core objects, reporting, flows, integrations)) and one or more of: HubSpot, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Looker.

  • Strong command of SaaS metrics (ARR/ACV, pipeline math, quota coverage, NRR/GRR, cohorts, payback).

  • Ability to translate ambiguous questions into analytical frameworks and communicate insights clearly to executives and frontline teams.

  • Bias to action, high ownership, and excellent attention to detail.

  • Security industry experience or exposure to non-human identity and third-party integration ecosystems

  • Familiarity with modern data stacks and SQL

  • Experience building and maintaining lead scoring models.

Excited about the opportunity, but worried you don’t meet all the requirements? We recognize that people are less likely to apply to jobs where they don’t meet every single qualification. Imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates. We encourage you to apply anyway, and give us both the chance to find out if you’re the right candidate for this or other roles!
