Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Analyst, Business Process, to join Procore’s Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll help deliver projects focused on optimizing and automating Procore processes. You’ll use your knowledge of process and strategy to solve business problems, leveraging data-driven insights to define a scalable solution. Successful candidates are passionate about creating positive customer experiences, are able to analyze problems from multiple angles, document gaps in solutions, gather business requirements and identify risks to ensure our business teams can run efficiently and with confidence.

This position will report to our Senior Manager, Business Process, Revenue Operations, and has the opportunity to work remotely from any US location or be based in one of our US offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately!

What you’ll do:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of how Procore operates and its full revenue cycle, including high-level knowledge of its main processes and how the teams use technology to run their day and act as the voice of our revenue teams to advocate and ensure new and existing processes are built to reduce friction in their day to day. 

  • Facilitate conversations with stakeholders at all levels around scope and business sessions to document business requirements for projects of all sizes.

  • Expertly document and analyze current and proposed future state workflows (process mapping) to identify gaps and areas for improvement

  • Evaluate decisions and proposed solutions while understanding the comprehensiveness of outcomes in all areas of the business to identify risks and dependencies that may lead to refined project goals, scope, and/or  objectives.

  • Simplify large, complex issues and document requirements through analysis, inquisitiveness, and technology feedback. 

  • Interface with decision makers at all levels to communicate and drive prioritization of project needs. 

  • Create Acceptance Criteria to support requirements for technical development, building the bridge between the business and technical team

  • Own UAT from creating end to end test scripts to facilitating sessions with Business Stakeholders to test that technical build meets business needs.

  • Partner with the project manager, stakeholders, business systems analysts, and engineers to deliver on-time and on-budget projects.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience

  • 10+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role working with stakeholders at all levels of the business

  • Comprehensive understanding of the intersection of technology, data, and business process

  • Experience with visual modeling, process mapping, value stream mapping, and process improvement (tools such as Visio or Lucidchart)

  • Ability to work backward from stakeholder needs to design and operationalize relevant system processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to work against tight timelines; project management experience is a plus 

  • Working expertise and understanding of the B2B revenue cycle process and familiarity with a SaaS customer journey

 

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $114,400 - $157,300. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
