The Impact of a Revenue Operations Analyst - Demand to Coupa:
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst with a focus on Demand to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure the health and efficiency of our demand pipeline - from lead capture to opportunity creation. Sitting outside of Marketing and Sales, you’ll serve as a neutral, cross-functional partner to monitor, report on, and analyze pipeline processes. Your work will help maintain a healthy pipeline, speed up lead-to-deal conversion, and support revenue growth across the business.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Partners to align on lead management, pipeline development, and attribution strategies.
- Lead the design, execution, and oversight of the lead management process to ensure efficient and effective handling of all leads.
- Monitor and audit the full demand funnel to ensure data integrity, process compliance, and accurate lead-to-opportunity tracking.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into pipeline performance, conversion rates, and lifecycle metrics.
- Deliver actionable insights and support strategic initiatives including forecasting, territory planning, and attribution modeling.
- Identify pipeline bottlenecks and drop-offs, recommend improvements, and support demand reviews with executive-level reporting.
What You Will Bring To Coupa:
- 5+ years of experience in business or revenue operations within SaaS or tech, with a strong foundation in B2B demand generation and sales processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, translate processes into business value, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong internal relationships and aligning with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and/or equilivant business systems; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
The estimated pay range for this role is $58,650 - $90,000 plus 10% annual bonus
The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
