Raventra Health is a medical services company providing outsourced billing, coding, and claims processing solutions for provider groups and hospitals.

 

We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead day-to-day Revenue Cycle Management operations and oversee the performance of the Revenue Cycle team. This role is responsible for operational efficiency, team performance, account resolution, revenue cycle KPIs, and continuous improvement across the patient financial lifecycle.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Lead and manage Revenue Cycle Specialists and other assigned team members.

  • Oversee daily billing, claims, payment, accounts receivable, and denial management activities.

  • Monitor revenue cycle performance and key operational metrics.

  • Review aging, denials, payment trends, and outstanding account balances.

  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reimbursement.

  • Establish priorities, workflows, and performance expectations for the Revenue Cycle team.

  • Review complex account issues and support escalation and resolution.

  • Collaborate with billing, coding, patient financial services, and other operational teams.

  • Prepare and communicate performance updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure team activities follow established procedures, quality standards, and healthcare compliance requirements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience managing Revenue Cycle Management operations in a healthcare environment.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle and reimbursement processes.

  • Experience with billing, claims, accounts receivable, and denials management.

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop operational teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience monitoring operational KPIs and performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Comfortable working with healthcare, billing, and reporting systems.

  • Ability to identify operational risks and drive practical improvements.

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience managing Revenue Cycle teams for provider groups or hospitals.

  • Experience with outsourced Revenue Cycle Management services.

  • Knowledge of payer contracting, underpayments, credentialing, or patient financial services.

  • Experience implementing new processes, systems, or client workflows.
