  • Strong understanding of automation technologies, robotics integration, and industrial workflows

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of contacts within manufacturing or automation sectors

  • Experience selling complex capital equipment or SaaS-based automation platforms

  • Familiarity with industrial robotics, machine vision, or motion control systems

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $150,000 (plus uncapped target based incentives). We are open to a variety of seniority levels for this role and will build compensation packages that are commensurate with seniority and skill level.
