JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Resp: Oversees store operations within a large geographic region through District/Area Managers. Partners with District/Area Managers to ensure stores meet or exceed profitability, customer service, and operational goals. Analyzes store expenses and implements strategies to control costs. Promotes consistent communication, application, and enforcement of policies and initiatives throughout the region. Generally manages the equivalent of annual store volume (revenue) up to 100MM USD. Additional criteria that may be considered as potential leveling differentiator: Brand maturity in terms of market evolution or market share and pace of expansion/growth. Years of experience/tenure are not a factor in leveling.

Compensation Range:

$123,200.00 - $220,000.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
